Porridge oats (gluten free)

Almond milk

1 x organic apple

Handful nuts (optional and activated are best)

Handful seasonal berries




  1. In a bowl mix together the porridge oats and almond milk. The almond milk should generously cover the oats.

  2. Cover and place in the fridge overnight.

  3. In the morning, grate the apple into a bowl, add to the porridge oats, and decorate with nuts, berries and cinnamon.

  4. This simple and digestible breakfast is ready to go - enjoy!
